What does the engagement look like commercially?
You sign a master subcontractor agreement with us. For each placement, we confirm the scope and rate in a short statement of work. You invoice your client as normal. We invoice you weekly or at milestone.
How do you vet consultants?
Every roster consultant goes through a working interview with our technical founder, reference checks with past agency clients, and proof of certifications. We do not list anyone we would not place on our own engagement.
What about IP and confidentiality?
Our subcontractor agreement assigns IP produced during the engagement to you and enforces mutual NDAs. Happy to work from your paper if you prefer.
What does it cost?
Engagement fees reflect the scope of each placement. We are transparent about margin in the initial conversation so there are no surprises.
How fast can someone start?
