- What does the engagement look like commercially?
- You sign a master subcontractor agreement with us. For each placement, we confirm the scope and rate in a short statement of work. You invoice your client as normal. We invoice you weekly or at milestone.
- How do you vet consultants?
- Every roster consultant goes through a working interview with our technical founder, reference checks with past agency clients, and proof of certifications. We do not list anyone we would not place on our own engagement.
- What about IP and confidentiality?
- Our subcontractor agreement assigns IP produced during the engagement to you and enforces mutual NDAs. Happy to work from your paper if you prefer.
- What does it cost?
- Engagement fees reflect the scope of each placement. We are transparent about margin in the initial conversation so there are no surprises.
