- Who is this for?
- Senior technology consultants going 1099 who would rather do the work than win the work. Typical roster profile: 8+ years in enterprise infrastructure, cyber, or AI-infra, at least one top-tier vendor certification, US-based.
- What specialties are you placing today?
- Infrastructure modernization (VMware, Nutanix, Dell, HPE), networking (Cisco, Arista), backup and recovery (Rubrik, Cohesity), cyber resilience, Kubernetes and cloud-native, AI infrastructure, observability (Dynatrace, Datadog). Other specialties welcome if the demand shows up.
- Is this exclusive?
- No. You can be on other rosters and take your own direct work. When we have an engagement that fits, we send it. If you are already booked, you pass.
- What is the rate split?
- Margin depends on the engagement. We share the gross rate, our cut, and your net up front, before you accept the placement. No surprises on the statement.
- When do I get paid?
- Net 15 from timesheet approval for most engagements. We front-float payment so you do not wait on the end client.
- What happens after I apply?
- We review every application. If there is a fit, we book a working interview within a week. If not, we will tell you why. No ghosting.
